These terms apply to your use of swiftremover.com (the "Service"), operated by an independent developer ("we"). By using the Service you agree to them.
1. The Service
Swift Remover lets you remove objects and people from images using AI. Results are generated automatically and may not be perfect.
2. Your content
You keep all rights to the images you upload. You confirm you own them or have permission to edit them. You give us a limited permission to process them only to provide the Service.
3. Acceptable use
You must not use the Service to:
- edit images of people to harass, defame, deceive or impersonate them;
- create sexual, nude or intimate imagery of any person, or any content involving minors in a sexual context;
- remove watermarks, logos or copyright notices from content you do not own or have rights to;
- create fake evidence, documents or news, or break any law;
- overload, scrape or attack the Service, or bypass usage limits.
We may block access if we believe these rules are broken.
4. Payments and credits
Paid packs are one-time purchases of credits. Prices are shown in USD on the pricing page. Refunds are handled under the refund policy.
5. No warranty
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the last 12 months.
6. Changes
We may update these terms. Continued use after changes means you accept the new terms.
